CEC 2020 is not a webinar – It’s an online community built for country elevator personnel that includes convenient access to experts and fellow industry members, an exclusive library of multi-media resources and three days of live presentations meant to inform, educate and entertain.  

Your CEC registration is your ticket to the online CEC platform, which is accessible for a total of three weeks and contains access to the live presentations, podcasts, exhibitor materials, registrant lists and presentation recordings, among other offerings. The Dec. 8-10 agenda includes three mornings of live speakers and two days of lunch-hour breakout and entertainment segments. Make no mistake, this is the same amount of high-quality content that is offered at an in-person CEC, just delivered to you in an innovative way on your terms.

This year is different, and so is pricing for CEC 2020. In order to maximize participation and reflect the changing event budget we are thrilled to offer registration fees for as low as $195. And virtual events require zero travel costs. Simply put, 2020 is a great year to participate in one of NGFA's flagship events for a reduced investment of time and money.

General sessions each morning feature live broadcast presentations from the experts leading our CEC agenda, covering U.S.-China trade relations, the future of agricultural policy, cybersecurity threats, the economic outlook for agriculture, and more. At noon central on Dec. 8-9, attendees can tune into live webinar-style sessions with breakout panels on grain origination, the river delivery system, and strategies to promote on-farm and on-site safety. Each day offers built-in opportunities to interact with speakers and other CEC attendees.

CEC 2020 includes unique networking and interactive opportunities throughout the event.

Post-presentation meeting rooms with speakers who’ve made themselves available for questions after their live webcasts each morning will be open for all attendees. Attendees also can interact with speakers by submitting questions and participating in live polls pushed out during the presentations. And each afternoon offers online meeting rooms for more interaction with fellow attendees as well as livestreamed entertainment segments.

Take full advantage of CEC by filling out your profile and connecting with fellow attendees through the event platform. Participating with a group? Create your own in-platform chat groups to stay synched with your colleagues from across the country.

More than a participation trophy: The CEC platform can track each attendee’s “engagement score,” which goes up each time you watch a live speaker, chat with another attendee, or simply view the agenda, read a speaker profile or engage in any way available on the platform. CEC attendees with the highest engagement scores can win up to $250 in prizes from the NGFA – so get clicking!



This year the trade show is virtual too! Instead of walking the show floor to connect, exhibitors will reach out to attendees in advance with introductory information on a number of valuable products and services. During CEC, exhibitors will be available to chat in-platform and their profiles and product information will be available in the exhibitor section.
