• TRADESHOW GUIDE: An Exhibitor Program containing a brief description of each exhibiting company and its products, services, contacts, address and phone numbers will be distributed to all meeting attendees (descriptions are based on the information exhibitors provide on their registration.)
  • ATTENDEE LIST: A pre-registration list of attendees including mailing addresses, will be send to the each exhibitor before the conference to allow you time to familiarize yourself with attendees, schedule appointments with key clients or prospects in advance, and mail information to conference attendees before the event. Please note: No attendee email addresses will be provided. 
  • CONFERENCE APP: Each exhibitor is listed in the conference app with a direct link to the Trade Show floor plan, the location of your booth, and your website. Bonus! The conference mobile app doubles as a lead retrieval system for exhibitors, at no extra cost and with no extra work.
  • LOGO RECOGNITION: An exhibitor slide show will be played during program breaks throughout the conference. Simply send a PowerPoint logo slide to


  • TRADE SHOW LOCATION: Exhibits will be located in the Midway West exhibit space at the St. Louis Union Station Hotel. 
  • BOOTH INCLUDES: All booths will have the following: one 8'x10' booth with pipe and drape; one 8' skirted table; two chairs; one wastebasket; a standard sign with company name and booth number. 
  • SERVICE KIT: An exhibitor service kit, including rental pricing, freight rates and additional services will be available online to all registered exhibitors 45 days before the show.
  •  MOVE IN/OUT: The tradeshow exhibit area will be available for move-in on Sunday December 2 from Noon to 4 p.m.. The show beings at 4 p.m. on Sunday December 2. Displays are not to be disassembled before 7 p.m. on Monday December 3, but should be removed by 10 p.m. that evening.
  • SHOW HOURS: The trade show will be open on Sunday December 2 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and on Monday December 3 from 7 a.m. - 8 a.m., Noon to 2 p.m., 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and for two thirty-minute breaks that morning and afternoon.
