Both in-person and virtual attendees will receive a full refund if cancellation notice is received before Nov. 1. Cancellations received after Nov. 1 will receive a refund equal to 50% of the paid registration rate. Both in-person and virtual attendees may transfer their registration to an un-registered person at no financial penalty; written notice of the substitution must be received by Faith Silvers on or before Nov. 26. No cancellations or substitutions of any kind will be honored after Nov. 26.
When is CEC 2021?
CEC 2021 will be held Tuesday, Dec. 7 – Thursday, Dec. 9, 2021.
Can you provide more details about how I “attend” the virtual event?
NGFA will once again use a virtual event platform for the virtual portion of CEC. This platform - a password protected website for registered attendees only - is where you'll go to access live and on-demand content. To attend the live session broadcasts simply click the “Live Content” button on the home page of the website at the appointed times. All content will broadcast directly to you – no need to log in for each session or find the right link.
When is the registration window?
Registration opens Sept. 14. You may register up through the event, including once it has started. All material will be available in the CEC media library if you register after the event has started.
What is the cancellation policy?
What if I want to change my attendance from in-person to virtual or virtual to in-person?
In-person attendees wishing to change to virtual attendance may do so at no penalty until Nov. 1; the attendee will be credited the difference between the in-person registration rate they paid and the virtual registration rate. After Nov. 1 in-person attendees will be credited the difference between the in-person registration rate they paid and the virtual registration rate less a $100 administration fee. No refunds of any kind will be given to in-person attendees wishing to change to virtual attendance after Nov. 26.
Virtual attendees wishing to change to in-person attendance may do so at any time as long as space allows. Such attendees will be charged the difference between the virtual registration rate they paid and the prevailing in-person registration rate at the time of the change.
What does my registration include?
In-person registration for CEC 2021 includes access to the trade show, all education sessions and all meal/networking functions and virtual access to all CEC programming content. Virtual registration includes live access to general session programming and on-demand access to additional programming in the CEC media library.
