When is virtual CEC 2020?

CEC 2020 will be held Tuesday, Dec. 8 – Thursday, Dec. 10, 2020.

Can you provide more details about how I “attend” the virtual event?

NGFA has obtained a state-of-the-art virtual event software platform for CEC 2020. This platform will house our event dashboard – our virtual lobby. To “attend” all of the sessions live (when they are being presented) simply click the “Live Content” button on the home page of the dashboard at the appointed times. All content will broadcast directly to you – no need to log in for each session or find the right link – it’s all right there on your dashboard.

What are the registration rates?

The member rate for CEC 2020 is $195/person. The non-member rate is $295/person. Members are eligible for a 10% discount on group registrations of 10 more more people.

When is the registration window?

Registration is open now! You may register up through the event, including once it has started. All material will be available in the CEC media library if you register after the event has started.

What is the cancellation policy?

You will be charged the full amount and a refund will not be given for this event. However, you will receive access to the library of virtual event content post-event.

What if I want to transfer my registration?

If you can no longer attend virtual CEC 2020 you may transfer their registration to someone else. The written request must be sent to fsilvers@ngfa.org.

What does my registration include?

CEC 2020 registration includes live access to all programming plus additional content in the CEC media library, attendance to entertainment & networking breaks, a swag bag (registration on or before 11/30/20), and full use of the virtual event platform chat and networking features.

Can I connect with other attendees beforehand?

Yes, you may begin utilizing the event platform chat features one week before the event begins.
