Virtual CEC 2020 Registration Policies Registration Fee includes live access to the entire program and all necessary program material and access to a library of virtual event content post-event. Registration fee is for one individual attendee only.

Group Registration Policy: All group members must register at the same time to be eligible for the group discount.  All groups must register directly with NGFA: fsilvers@ngfa.org | (202) 289-0873

Swag Bag Policy: Swag bags will be shipped to all participants who register on or before November 30, 2020

Cancellation Policy: You will be charged the full amount and a refund will not be given for this event. However, you will receive access to the library of virtual event content post event.

Code of Conduct: Virtual CEC 2020 is designed to increase interaction, engagement, collaboration, connectivity and community, in a fun and safe learning environment. We value the participation of each member of the community and endeavor to deliver an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. Conference participants are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, courtesy and respect for others and maintain the highest level of professionalism at all conference programs and events, whether officially sponsored by NGFA or not. All attendees, speakers, organizers, volunteers, partners, vendors and staff at any NGFA event are required to observe the following Code of Conduct:

NGFA is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race or religion.  We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience including people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for the conference. Be kind to others. do not insult or defame participants. Harassment in any form, sexist, racist, or exclusionary jokes are not condoned at NGFA Events. Participants violating these rules may be asked to leave the conference at the sole discretion of NGFA. Thank for helping to make this a welcoming event for all.

Waiver Statement: By registering for this event, participants agree that any photographs, video or audio recordings taken by NGFA or its agents at the event, which may include the participants, may be used for communications or publicity purposes of National Grain and Feed Association. Information contained in the meeting sessions include copyrightable interest that rightfully belong to the presenters, and National Grain and Feed Association. Unauthorized recording, taping, distribution or use of the materials provided is strictly prohibited.
