2019 NGFA Annual Convention
NGFA’s Annual Convention features top policy makers, substantive open forums and outstanding general sessions that explore the most important issues facing the industry in the year ahead. It also provides an ideal opportunity to interact and exchange ideas with industry leaders. The NGFA’s Annual Convention is the premiere event for leaders in the grain, feed, processing and export industry and this year’s event at the Ritz Carlton Amelia Island will raise the bar even higher! See you in Amelia Island, Fla., in March.

Warning! Do not be taken in by offers to book you a hotel room or sell you an attendance list!  We know you’re probably already hearing from fraudsters.  Take note that the NGFA does not sell attendance lists, nor do we contract with third parties to sell hotel rooms.

Policies:
REGISTRATION FEE:  Includes admittance to entire program, program materials, refreshments, meals and receptions.

GUEST REGISTRATION: Includes meal functions and receptions only.  It does NOT include access to conference sessions.

PAYMENT POLICY: To qualify for Early Bird rates, payment must accompany registration and be received no later than February 15, 2019.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations will be refunded in full if notification is received on or before February 22. Cancellation notices received between February 23 and March 8 will be assessed a $100 administrative fee. NO REFUNDS will be provided to any person cancelling or failing to give notice of cancellation on or after March 8. Registration substitutions are encouraged and welcome!

Located on 16,000 acres of land along the St. Mary's River in northeast Florida. White Oak is home to one of the world's premier wildlife breeding, research and training facilities. The wildlife conservation facility spans 600 acres and is surrounded by pine and hardwood forest and wetlands, and is home to 28 species of endangered animals. Founded in 1982, White Oak leads professional efforts to improve veterinary care, develop wholistic animal management techniques and better understand the biology of critically endangered species.  White Oak Conservation's mission is to save endangered wildlife and habitats through sustainable conservation breeding, education and responsible land stewardship. Upon arriving at White Oak, you will be met by your guide who will take you on a brief tour of Gilman Hall and Baryshnikov Dance Studio before continuing on to the conservation facility.  You will experience the animals in natural surroundings from open air vehicles. Tour includes animal encounter such as feeding giraffes or getting off the trolleys for an up close encounter with Rhinos! (63 Person Maximum)

Without a doubt, Amelia Island offers some of the best sailing waters in the world. Sail around Amelia Island in 33' to 38' sailboats and view the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway, Cumberland Island, and Fort Clinch. Sailing north on the pristine Amelia River, your sailing charter will visit uninhabited marsh islands where multitude of sea life can be seen including white pelicans, manatees and dolphins. The adventuresome sailor will also have the opportunity to put their hands on the helm and sail the vessel!! (30 Person Maximum)

Located on a working timber farm, Amelia Shotgun Sports boasts sprawling terrain, home to a scenic setting on which to shoot sporting clays. Shooters wind through lush forests and fields as they take on the unique target presentations offered at 14 different shooting stations which are laid out on a 3/4 mile weaving, paved trail. Simulating unpredictable live quarry hunting in realistic forest conditions, each station lets shooters hone in on clay targets of different sizes, shapes, and colors, as well as varying trajectories, angles, speeds, elevations, and distances. (25 Person Maximum)
